Chocolate Coffee Cake
Recipe For Perfection

The Chocolate Coffee Cake is a favorite among the world for its great taste. After all, who does not like to dive in to a thick slice of chocolate and let it just melt in their mouth? If such people do exist, well, they're strangers to us and we cannot get enough of this fantastic cake.

Of course, there are many variations of this delicious cake. The recipes are endless, and many cover more than just how to use chocolate to your advantage. Instead, they add in things like walnuts, pecans, etc. for more flavor. We are not going to do that.

Instead, we are going to offer a simple, but no less effective, recipe for chocolate coffee cake. This one is easy to make but still tastes wonderful. You will get the full chocolate effect.

To start, you will need the right ingredients.

They include:

Two cups of flour
Four eggs
One cup of softened butter
One teaspoon of baking soda
One teaspoon of vanilla
One third cup of cocoa powder
Two cups of sugar
One cup of milk
One tablespoon of confectioner sugar (optional)
One package of instant chocolate pudding

Begin this chocolate coffee cake recipe by mixing the eggs (you should beat them first), sugar and half of your flour together. When this is complete, put the butter and cocoa together and mix well. Combine both mixtures and stir.

Then, take the remaining flour, vanilla, pudding, milk and baking soda and place them into the bowl. Stir well for a smooth mixture.

Place the cake into the oven at three hundred and fifty degrees. The time it spends in there rarely exceeds thirty five minutes. When it is done, you add the confectioner sugar on top for extra flavor. This is, of course, optional.

In a short time, you have a tasty chocolate coffee cake that took little to make but still manages to give you the chocolate taste you crave. Who says recipes have to be difficult to work?

This certainly proves that they don't. The idea that a chocolate coffee cake can only be made with a great deal of effort and time is something this simple recipe quickly disproves. Chocolate is made easy now.

And the best thing about this recipe (besides how quickly it can be done) is that it does not require lots of extras. Even the confectioner sugar is optional. You can have chocolate and only chocolate, which is never a bad thing.

Wake up to the wonderful taste of chocolate with this recipe and rediscover why this is such a popular cake.

It should be noted, though, that these cakes usually taste best after they have sat for a day. It allows the ingredients to really settle. You might want to make it one morning and then leave it alone until the next for the full taste effect.

Or, if you can't wait, this cake will still taste good. It depends on what you want.

So, what are you waiting for? Start baking your chocolate coffee cake.
