To make a medium sweet cup use one demitasse of cold water, 2 teaspoons coffee, and 2 teaspoons sugar. Use medium gas heat, or high heat on an electric stove. After it warms up stir, and when coffee rises close to the top, remove from the heat. Let sit for 30 seconds and pour into cup using a slight rocking motion to get the froth off the inside of your pot.
