You brew from a pack straight to the cup keeping all of your drinks uniform in taste and not tainted by anything you previously brewed in the Flavia Drink Station Fusion Deluxe. You can get your first drink within 90 seconds, and subsequent drinks within 35 seconds. This makes for a very fast brewing time virtually unrivaled by any competitors.

This unit has a capacity of six drinks. Comes with a water filter to give you pure hot water. A large capacity removable water tank assures you don't have to spend a lot of time refilling. You can use different styles and sizes of cups and coffee mugs for filling with the finished brew. Has a handsome stainless steel design with a graphite body. The drink selection lights are blue LED's. Comes with separate hot water button, water level indicator, and doesn't require cleaning between drinks.

One of the negatives is the adjustable head on the Flavia Drink Station for accommodating different sizes of coffee mugs and cups. If you use different sizes is becomes a chore to keep changing the height. If you don't adjust for the cup size you will get splatter which quickly becomes annoying to clean up after. A plus is the fact that you can get a full sized travel mug under the brew head.

One of the positives is the relative ease of cleaning up due to the method of brewing. You just insert the filter pack and brew, then it almost cleans up after itself. If you are looking for a coffee maker and are not interested in all of the other types of drinks the Flavia Drink Station can make, then you are better off with some other coffee maker. But if you like a variety of drinks, this is the unit for you.
