What Happened To Common Sense???????????????

With the popularity of sugar-free Cafe Vienna and the other comments I read from people I agree with, where is the common sense in not returning this VERY popular coffee back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please, answer that question. I will also avoid buying of the other flavors until you do.
