Summary: This machine makes outstanding espressos and is easy to use and easy to clean. It is somewhat on the expensive side. Yes, all the parts are plastic, but they work well. Might take a little to learn how to use, but once learned it is very easy to operate. Also, some of the controls are in the bean hopper, but they are set and then usually not changed again.
