Roasting Grades

by Agrosol
(Izmir Turkey)

Question:
We cannot find the international roasting grade like

coffee COHA
coffee COHB
coffee CCHA
coffee CCHB

Its from the Columbian coffee and we had to make tests about cold pressed to extract the Oil. But we don't know the grade of this coffee.
May you have any explanation. I will be very glad about it.
Thank you in advance for your time
BEST RGDS JOERG

Answer:
I haven't been able to find any information anywhere on the terms listed above. However, if you to to this website: Invalsa Coffee, you will find the grading according to cupping scores. This page gives excellent coverage of the cupping scores and what they mean. Each level is explained in detail.
