After several months, I finally tracked down where I could get a replacement carafe (Cuisinart GCM-100 Carafe 1-800-726-0190) and waited for several months for it to arrive. When it arrived today, it was without the LID . . . Now I have to buy and pay shipping on a part that I assumed was part of the deal. . . bah humbug . . . Vergonia Giada!
