Bought one two years ago. Handle on carafe just broke completely apart (cheap plastic junk). Hard to fill water pan, and must replace carafe with a $23.99 carafe part available only from them (?). That's virtually the cheapest part to replace costing half the price of this piece of junk. Big mistake to buy it.
