    PROS:

  • For the price works well
  • Easy to use
  • Sturdy
  • Decent tasting espresso & cappuccinos
  • Froths and steams great
  • Hot enough for most, but not too hot
  • Cleaning is easy


    CONS:

  • Tamper is plastic - Metal works much better
  • Coffee mugs don't fit under the spouts
  • Frother wand hard to use because of the angle, short length, and low height above the counter

    Summary:
    Inexpensive machine that makes a decent espresso and cappuccino drink. If you prefer a larger drink the cup probably won't fit under the frother wand. Works well for the price.
