Chefmate CM-1250 Isn't Working

I used my CM-1250 12 cup Chefmate coffee maker just 2 times. The third time the water did not boil nor did it drip down to the pot. What can I do to correct this?

From all the comments featured on my page reviewing the Chefmate coffee maker it appears you are not alone in having this problem.

It would be my recommendation to find your sales slip and run to the store for a refund. There isn't anything else to do.

It is unfortunate that didn't see and read the reviews by purchasers of this coffee maker before you bought it. You would have saved yourself some time, money, and energy. You would do better to buy a cheap Black and Decker or some other lower priced brand available.
