Question: I purchased an aerolatte to go milk frother in black from Amazon on Nov 29, 2010. My husband gave it to me for St Nicholas day 12/6/10 which was the first time I used it. I absolutely loved the way it frothed, used for 2-3 cups of coffee per day, and rinsed it everytime I used it. About 3 weeks it stopped working completely. I have put new Alkaline batteries in it but nothing helps. The pamphlet that came with says all aerolatte products are guaranteed for 2-5 years. How do I go about getting it repaired or replaced?
Answer: The pamphlet that came with the Aerolatte frother should also have an address, email, or phone number to call in case you need your unit repaired or replaced. You also could contact Amazon and ask them.

There's a link on their page that lets you email them. I asked them how to take advantage of their warranty and will comment again here when I hear from them.

I purchased the aerolatte steam free milk frother and within less than 3 months it stopped working. I put two new batteries and it still doesn't work. Knowing the store where I purchased it they won't replace it. The company should have a US address and phone No. NOT just one in the UK. By the time the call is finished it will cost more than the appliance.
