This shade grown coffee is grown on small farms in Chiapas, Mexico for Starbucks Mexican Blend Coffees. Grown in the buffer zone that is around the El Triunfo Biosphere reserve. Grown in the shade in this location in an effort to protect threatened ecosystems.
