    About Starbucks Coffee

This is an American chain of coffee houses with retail stores in various parts of the world. At their retail outlets, they not only sell absolutely wonderful brewed coffee (you simply have to taste it to appreciate it; words are certainly not enough in this case), but they also sell whole roasted coffee beans for home use and various other coffee equipment and accessories. But back to the main reason why they are as famous as it is.

They locate and purchase only the finest coffee beans from all over the world from regions such as Asia, Latin America, Africa, and Arabia. So whether it is Mexican Mocha that you want, or the heady Sumatran coffee, or perhaps the mild coffees from the Hawaiian isles, or maybe the roast-sweet Italian coffees; this is where you’ll get them all.

It is also available in various blends, which are mixed at by them to provide you with an amalgamation of wonderful tastes and aromas.

And what sets this brand apart from any other is the unique roasting and brewing methods that are employed at the stores. While the region where the coffee grows and the quality of the beans has a lot to do with its taste; even the best coffee in the world can taste like drain water if not brewed properly. This is where Starbucks Coffee really scores.

But enough with the testimonials already. I’ve gone on plenty about how great it is so it’s time to tell you where you can get your free cup.

    Starbucks Coffee Break

In the year 2006, they announced that it will be hosting its inaugural Coffee Break.

On that day, they will be giving away a free cup of coffee to customers all over the US. The Coffee Break will take place in almost all their retail stores as well as on street corners and other locations. The purpose of this unique event is to introduce Americans who have never tasted their coffee (is there really anyone who hasn’t?) to the wonderful world of freshly brewed coffee. In addition to your free cup, you will also have the opportunity to talk with coffee experts and take tips on how you can brew great tasting coffee at home too.

The Starbucks Coffee Break was scheduled for March 15, 2006 and has already passed. But there is talk that they are set to make this a regular event, so you may still be able to get that complimentary cup after all.

We have also come across reports from people saying that they were comped a cup of coffee when they purchased cards and beans at their retail outlets. So, perhaps you too can get a free taste of heaven the next time you visit a Starbucks!

History of Starbucks. Do you enjoy their coffee? Maybe you want to learn a little bit more about them. If so, check this book out. Or you might want a bit of Starbucks to own, then go to Starbucks Mugs and buy a mug.
