    PROS:

    CONS:

  • Water level sensor not very effective
  • Drips water after the pump stops
  • Steam wand releases excess water
  • Replacement parts hard to get

    Summary:
    Good machine with some great features. Has a few negatives but nothing major except for trying to get replacement parts. Not always in stock. A bit pricey.
