Great machine at a reasonable price. Doesn't make super hot coffee/espresso, so if you like really hot coffee/espresso, probably not for you. Coffee capsules are very convenient, simple and easy to use requiring very little to clean up. Makes outstanding espresso and ok coffee. You do need to purchase the coffee capsules from Nestle/Nespresso either thru the mail or at a local storefront.
