There is a fix for this I discovered... NEW
by: Anonymoustubborn

The little plastic tab that broke off allowing the spring to attach did not stop me from trying a fix. Using a drill and a stainless steel 4-40 panhead screw of the correct length now acts like the remaining unbroken tab. The spring is now firmly in place. No noticable imbalance was detected, and now froths just as before. I hope this saves you some money and frustration.

Owners of this model will be saddened knowing that replacement parts are no longer available.
If your LM-150P breaks that will be it.

Milk Frother Part number NEW
by: Roger Pelletier

I had the same issue as everyone with the frother. Luckily mine was still under warranty. I called the customer support line and they told me they would send the complete head with motor. I suggested they make the platic part available. It came in the morning after 5 days. They took me up on my suggestion and sent just the plastic whisk and spring. The part number is 16-201245-000 called "replacement whisk and spring for milk frother". Out of warranty price is unknown since mine was free.

Installation is easy. Using vice grips to hold the shaft and pliers to remove the old part, it pulls off and the new one just slips on with some pressure. Problem solved.

Reply to Dennis re broken frother
by: Gracie

Dennis,
I'd be happy to share my experience. I initially wrote an email on their website explaining my issue. I received a boilerplate email that suggested I call Customer Service, so here is that info. Customer Service Department at 1-866-901-BREW (2739). Representatives are available 7 days a week from 7 a.m. – 12:00 Midnight EST to assist you. Please have the date code of the frother available when you call. The date code is located on the bottom of the frother on a silver label. It is six digits and will either start with 08, 09 or 10. However, my product code ended with these numbers and began with 100. It's on the right side of either the pitcher or the electric plug-in unit. They told me that the actual department that handles frothers was closed for the day and they would call be back within 24 hours. That didn't happen, and since I had a question last year and it took them a week to call back, I suggest you call early in the day to avoid this hassle. They asked the purchase location and date. I couldn't give that to them as it was a gift but I could specify that it was for my birthday less than a year ago. I asked them if they had looked at the Net as there were lots of complaints re this part breaking. Anyway, they are sending out the entire new top because the plastic part that holds the coil is permanently affixed to the spindle. They told me to hold on to the coil as it is a separate part and because mine was not broken there was no need to send. If both your white part and the coil are broken you will need to specify that. Good luck! Maybe they will get the hint and sell replacement parts. It seem very expensive to constantly replace the entire lid unit.

I have to tell you that I had an issue last year with Keurig

Keurig Frother Broken

Mine broke, also. The recommended link posted to the original comment does not have frother parts. Has anyone else found replacement parts for the frother?
