1. Can I order coffee/replacement parts/etc directly from you?

Answer: We don't personally stock or sell any products or replacement parts of any kind ourselves. We do review and list coffee, coffee related merchandise, parts and accessories that you can purchase by following the links and purchasing from the merchant the link brings you to. If you need parts for a product under warranty, you need to contact the manufacturer or the merchant you purchased the product from.

2. Will you buy (product) from us?

Answer: We don't purchase any products for resell. We only refer visitors to merchants where they can purchase the products shown.

3. Will you trade links with us. Or, will you place our product or link on your website?

Answer:
a. We don't show products except with merchants that we have an affiliate account with. We are not accepting affiliate accounts at this time, and don't anticipate doing so in the future unless circumstances change drastically.

b. Link Trading is very time consuming and therefore we will trade links only under the following conditions. We will trade links if you have already placed our link on your website on a tier 2 or tier 3 page. Once you have placed the link, contact us with the page it is on. If it is acceptable, we will place your link on the same tier as ours is on. You will need to give us the wording you would like us to use with any links being active. It needs to be ready to cut and paste into the page without any additional work. If we feel any changes need to be made on the wording provided, we will contact you before posting.

4. Send me coupons for samples, etc.

Answer: We do not have coupons or samples of any kind for distribution.

5. What is the best coffee maker?

Answer: A French Press makes some of the best tasting coffee. It is a little more work to use, but the quality of the coffee brewed is well worth the effort. The brand most consumers purchase would be the Bodum.

If you are looking for an automatic I would suggest the Cuisinart DCC1200 or the Zojirushi EC-BD15.

These are coffee makers that make the best tasting coffee.

If you are into using coffee pods, we would suggest a Keurig brewer. They are very convenient to use, but many people think they make coffee a bit on the weak side. Plus, the pods are expensive, and the varieties of brands and blends available has something to be desired.

6. Why don't you manufacture/sell/etc this item anymore?
