Empty Coffee Maker

Question:
I have a customer that brought the Keurig coffee machine back to our catalog store. How do I empty the water in the main part. I turned it upside down and nothing would come out. I need to hear back from you soon. Thanks

Answer:
There are several Keurig models. It would depend on which model you are talking about. Most or all of them have a removable water reservoir. If that is the case, just remove the reservoir, and empty it. Or, you could just put in an empty k-cup and let it run like you are brewing and the remaining water will empty into the cup just as if you are brewing a normal coffee or tea k-cup.
