I bought this a year ago for use at work. I only like flavored coffee and it became harder to find, given my location. It has worked absolutely great as I only make 1 mugful every morning. I use bottled water and I have never actually cleaned it (except for the filter). The only trouble I have had (and it is minor) is that sometimes the brew light won't stay lit, but I just hold the button down until it does.
