Coffee Maker Won't Work

Question:
All the lights on the appliance will come on, however; the unit will not warm up to brew coffee. What do I do now?

Answer:
Have you added the water? Pressed the brew button, or programmed for a later time? If you did all this and it still doesn't work, then check the instructions. Usually at the back of the instruction manual there is a section for helping you with problems you might be having. If nothing works and the coffee maker is under warranty, return the unit for a refund or exchange. If you have had the Cuisinart CBC-00SA2 Coffee Maker for awhile, maybe it could just be worn out and need replacing.
