Friis Coffee Vault, Stainless Steel. The vault is available in two sizes, 12 ounce and 16 ounce sizes. This coffee vault is the Coffee Savor model and it blocks out light and air to seal in the coffee flavor. CO2 gases are eliminated by the Friis freshness valve. The base is constructed of durable stainless steel and has an all black BPA free polymer lid. The vault measures 7.5" by 5". Includes a measuring spoon and a one year supply of freshness valves, instructions on how to get started, and the Art of Flavor booklet.
The extra long handle can be used to reach the bottom of your canister or coffee bag. It has a 2 tablespoon capacity and is constructed of stainless steel. Scoop measures 7 5/8".
Kit includes six Friis freshness valves. These valves provide a one year supply and are used to vent freshness damaging CO2 gases from the coffee vault. Will fit the Classic vault, Traveler Vault, Stainless steel vault, and coffee savor vault. Keeps your vault air-tight to maintain a rich and full coffee flavor.
Has a 200 watt motor for fast grinding. This grinder will grind up to 3 ounces of coffee beans at a time. It has an oval design and blades that are constructed of stainless steel to ensure uniform grinding. Not limited to coffee beans, can also be used for spices, nuts, and grains. Unit comes with a one year limited warranty.
