This four cup machine lets you easily and quickly whip up your favorite hot espressos and cappuccinos right in your own home. This unit has a dual frother so that you can froth cappuccinos or steam lattes. It comes with a 3-way safety switch and you can choose from full pressure and maximum steam output. Once the water is hot, it is forced through the filter holder, brewing espresso coffee into the glass carafe. During this time steam starts collecting in the boiler. When the coffee has reached the "steam" marking on the glass carafe, you can stop the brewing and switch to frothing milk.
This unit has a 4 cup capacity and is dishwasher safe. Includes an instructional video on "how-to-cappuccino". The video explains how to make espressos as well as cappuccinos in 3 easy steps. 12 ounce glass carafe, and measuring scoop included. Has a boiler cap with a built-in safety valve, red indicator light, and stops brewing/steaming in the zero position. The unit measures a compact 10 inches by 7 inches by 9 inches and has a one year limited warranty.
The Capresso Model 302.01 Mini-S Espresso and Cappuccino Machine is easily affordable, works very fast, and it is amazingly simple to use.
